Bloom Kitchen is a wholesale artisan bakery — a new trading arm of New Town Community Roots CIC, currently in development and launching soon. We'll be supplying handmade cakes and savouries to cafes, venues, and eateries who want something genuinely special on their counters.
Everything will be made by hand using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients — baked with care, delivered with pride, and rooted in the community that inspired us.
