Get in touchWho we are
Growing community, one event at a time
Evergreen Events is the community events arm of New Town Community Roots CIC. We plan, organise, and host gatherings that give people a reason to come together — whether that's a summer BBQ, a wellbeing morning, a music afternoon, or a community forum.
Everything we do is rooted in the belief that strong communities are built through shared experiences. Every event we run puts people first — and every penny we make goes back into the community.
What we stand for
Built on community values
Bringing people together
We create spaces where neighbours become friends — events that are open, welcoming, and free from barriers.
Rooted in the community
Every event we run is shaped by the people of New Town. We listen, we respond, and we grow together.
Something for everyone
From family days to wellbeing mornings, music evenings to community forums — there is always a reason to come along.
Part of NTCR
Evergreen Events is a trading arm of New Town Community Roots CIC, reinvesting everything back into the community.
Our home base
Many of our events are hosted at Hollyhock Café
Hollyhock Café — our sister trading arm — sits at the heart of Old Heath Recreation Ground and provides the perfect home for community events, from intimate morning gatherings to lively evening socials.
